When will my order be delivered?

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
- Standard Delivery: 7–10 working days.
- Special Line & Special Pro: 5–7 working days with priority handling and faster dispatch.

You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order is shipped.

International delivery times may vary depending on location.

Can I Return my product?

Yes — we offer 14-day returns on all unworn and unused items.

Products must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To start a return, email info@nwrldclothing.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.

Please note: we don’t cover return postage unless the item is faulty.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, don’t worry — we’ve got you.

Email info@nwrldclothing.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the issue.

We’ll review your case and send a replacement or arrange a refund.
